How many nights do you need?
Panchakarma is a three-phase process — prepare, purify, recover — and each phase needs its time. The classical texts describe the 21–28 night course as the complete form, the one that gives the body Panchakarma's full effect. What does a 7-day Panchakarma cost?
Roughly ₹33,000 to ₹88,000 depending on the tier and centre. Most physicians treat 7 days as a preparation and light-cleanse window; the classical programme runs 13–14 nights, which is what most guests book.
Is a budget centre still authentic?
Yes. Kerala's clinical Ayurveda hospitals are government-recognised, doctor-led institutions running the full classical protocol with daily physician review. A simpler room does not mean simpler medicine — it is an excellent choice if your focus is the treatment itself.
What does a luxury resort add?
