Ayurveda never treats a condition — it treats you. Your constitution decides your medicine, your food, your therapy. So the first step is a physician, never a package.
Why a consultation first
Prescribed to a person, not a condition.
Two people with the same diagnosis leave a Kerala physician with different medicines, different food, different therapies — because their constitutions differ. That reading is the medicine. Taking Ayurvedic treatment on your own, from articles or shop shelves, skips the one step everything depends on.
Your current medicines are never stopped. The physician plans alongside the care you already have.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp Your condition, your country, your preferred time. We reply the same day with your physician's name, credentials and available slots — and confirm the consultation fee for your country before you book.
- Meet your doctor on a video call Google Meet or Zoom, at your time, in your time zone. The physician takes your full history and reads your constitution the classical way.
- Your plan arrives in writing Medicines, food, daily routine — and if residential treatment in Kerala would genuinely help, the right centre with the full price in writing.
Ready when you are — we reply the same day and set your time with the doctor.

What you get
Tailored answers, in plain words.
- Your constitution and your case, read together — the classical assessment Kerala physicians are trained in.
- What Ayurveda genuinely offers your condition — and what it doesn't. Honest limits, stated plainly.
- Medicines, food and routine adjusted to you — not a generic protocol.
- If treatment in Kerala fits your case — the right centre, the right duration, and the full price in writing.
The physicians
Every doctor on Ayurbook is verified before you ever meet them — and you are introduced to your physician by name, with credentials, before you pay anything.
- BAMS or MD (Ayurveda) degree A five-and-a-half-year medical degree, or postgraduate specialisation.
- State medical council registration A checkable registration number, shared with the doctor's name.
- Years of clinical practice in Kerala's tradition Physicians trained in the Ashtanga Hridaya lineage Kerala has taught for centuries.
- English-speaking, across time zones Also Malayalam and Hindi. Other languages — we arrange a translator on the call.
Beyond the call
258 centres, checked. One right one for you.
Behind every consultation stands our register of 258 Ayurveda centres across Kerala — verified against the state's own classification and NABH's clinical register, institutions carrying a hundred years and more of unbroken practice. If treatment or a retreat is right for you, your physician points to the right one — and we put the full price in writing before you pay a rupee.
After the call
Everything in writing.
Your plan arrives as a written note: the medicines and where to source them where you live, the food and routine for your constitution, and — only if it truly helps your case — the treatment plan and quote for Kerala.
And when Ayurveda is not the answer for your case, we say so — and point you to the right medical care. That honesty is why the consultation exists.
Bring any condition
These are the cases people most often bring to our physicians — and any other is welcome:

Plan my stay on WhatsAppCommon questions
What happens in the consultation?
A video call with a verified Ayurvedic physician. The doctor takes your full history, reads your constitution the classical way, and gives you tailored guidance for your condition — medicines, food, daily routine, and whether treatment in Kerala would genuinely help your case. Your plan follows in writing.
How much does it cost?
The fee depends on your country. Message us on WhatsApp and we confirm your fee and available times before you book — you pay nothing until you confirm.
Who will I be talking to?
A physician holding a BAMS or MD (Ayurveda) degree, registered with the state medical council. You are introduced to your doctor by name — with qualifications and registration number — before you pay anything.
Do I stop my current medication?
Never. Your prescriptions are never stopped or altered — Ayurvedic care runs alongside the treatment you already have, and your physician plans around it.
What language is the call in?
English, Malayalam or Hindi. For other languages, tell us when you book — we arrange a translator to join the call.
What if Ayurveda can't help my case?
Then the physician says so, plainly, and points you to the right medical care. Honest limits are the whole point of talking to a real doctor first.
